      Pros

      Free lunch program with great healthy food and free coffee. Very clean office with positive environment with easy going co-workers . Lots of parking in a good safe area with restaurants and shops. Projects are well planned out with a whole team strategy and structured timelines. Professional development opportunities to further research, coding knowledge and team development. Well educated product sales team that has the Developers in mind. Good team leads that maintain projects. Social Committee with company outings and paid events. Splice has fun bonus program called Bounsly that allows points to be rewarded and redeemed for cash value.

      Cons

      Not many Cons come to mind. This company has an overall very positive vibe.

      Pros

      Work from home. Good hours. There are great people working for this company, but the owners are not people centric and are clueless on how to create and maintain a positive working culture.

      Cons

      Owner is not a good leader. Micromanages to an extreme degree. I was belittled and very disrespected from day one of working with him. Working for Splice left me with significant emotional distress. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow, i was able to transition from developing to QA and then to QA specialist seamlessly and i received training and support in the transition. Splices big portfolio of clients and projects makes for an engaging environment
