Not sure where to start with this one. There is ZERO work-life balance at this company. You will be overworked and underpaid. Management does not care for your mental health. They make it seem like they do with their "mental health initiatives," but they only care about keeping the clients. They also continue to add more and more clients knowing they do not have the bandwidth to get the job done. So they manipulate their workers into getting the work done, even after they've expressed burnout. I would not advise working it here, this job is not worth your mental health. You never know when you're getting off because there's too much work and not enough workers. The company is very childish when you decide to leave so don't expect an exit interview.
