Where do I start? Such a bad place to work. Management for a start didn't provide very clear instructions on what they want you to do or provide sufficient information about projects. Management expected you to know everything in a short space of time and expected you to deliver. Management have no idea how to manage nor listen to constructive criticism. If you don't follow how they do things then you're out the door. They say they want to hear about new ideas and ways to improve and do things but that is a definitely lie. They really only want to listen to their own perspective. Website platform that they've created lacks features and lacks the basic requirements you need in a CMS platform. It's not a typical CMS website you'd find in other platforms that provide so much more such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento. They said they were moving to another location that was bigger and had more parking but they haven't moved from where they are. Sounds like a lot of BS. Turnover is so high that recruiters don't want to work with them. Recruiters have told me that they are the worst to work with because they're not honourable and don't do the right thing when it comes to paying them for finding someone. Senior management doesn't have any management or leadership skills.
