1. HR decides who would get what salary. 2. Managers decide your fate here, if you have good terms with manager, you will get hikes, promotions easily, otherwise just wait for each appraisal cycle to get disappointed . 3. Very Less salary for QA. 4. Will hire you as a Automation Engineer, but will assign the manual task. 5. Great Politics . 6. HR speaks lie upfrontly and misscommunicates to uper management
