Pros

Free snacks and fruits. Nothing else.

Cons

Management is damn poor. Hell lot of politics. Termination rate is very high (not on the basis of performance but only politics) Every month atleast 2 people get terminated. They will never investigate if their closed ones play politics against you. They will straight away fire you. NO JOB SECURITY even if you perform well. Some people are un-necessarly over paid and some get no perks while giving their more than best!

Pros

Company used to have good working culture but getting degraded day by day Free snacks

Cons

- No learning scope: no new technologies are welcomed nor new people joining are given same respect and position as old one’s. - Heights of micromanagement in various departments - Appraisals are decided on the basis of how good your terms are with your lead/manager. - Manager is partial towards their team members, which causes conflicts in the team. - Upper management is least bothered for employee’s growth they are just involved in politics.
