      Having worked at a few studios, splash damage are the best by far: -As i understand they used to co-dev but now work on their own IP, and are fully funded, meaning exciting projects and cutting edge tech -Excellent communication from senior leadership about the game design and planning -Strong director-level leadership -Good tools, workflows and practices -Amazing benefits -Everyone is very friendly and welcoming

      Slightly slow & thorough recruitment process, though this means your colleagues will be well chosen

      good people, good hours, good time

      Lots of room for improvement, management was caught off guard a number of times this last few quarters making everyone scramble to catch up.
