Pros

Despite being global, the company does have a warm, family feel and individuals voices are heard. I have been with Spiro for coming up for three years now and I work closely with many of the managers, assisting with their recruitment and internal promotions. We have good staff retention which speaks volumes about the culture. We embrace people from all backgrounds and see the value in a diverse workforce. Managers are supportive and very proud of their teams. If you have a good attitude and work hard, you can go far at Spiro. There is about to be a heap of new investment in the business which can only be a good thing...

Cons

No cons really, we have a had a lot of change since Covid but I feel our teams have adapted well. Our industry is fast paced and this isn't for everyone but it is the same across all businesses in our industry.
