Pros
Spiro truly has an amazing and encouraging company culture. Everyone is sincerely willing to help one another and I've learned so much about our company, product, and the tech space in general in my few months of working here. Management is understanding and always looking to offer good perks and benefits. We have free lunches on Mondays, great snacks, unlimited vacation, a luxury gym membership, and monthly company-funded hang-outs. I also really enjoy my role here and my manager often asks how she can help me succeed.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that we currently don't have 401k matching (but hopefully we will in the near future, as we grow). This is okay with me right now because every other benefit and the truly awesome work environment are so worth it.
