Over the past year, we have lost some of the most talented individuals in the agency world. Management assured us that 'everything is fine' and that 'we will get through this,' yet layoffs continued, and many were reportedly let go for questionable or illegitimate reasons. Upper management has become increasingly disengaged, avoiding meaningful connections with employees, likely due to the anticipation of more layoffs.
Internally, we’ve struggled to retain high-paying clients because of disorganization and inefficiency. Instead of resolving issues, upper management seems to exacerbate them by overanalyzing and creating unnecessary complications, while failing to provide tangible solutions. This cycle has left our teams demoralized and unproductive.
Many of the 5-star reviews are written by internal employees who were tasked with leaving positive feedback, according to what a department director shared with me. This company was once an incredible place to work, but after witnessing everything that has unfolded over the past four years, I would strongly advise anyone I know against working here.
