Pros

When I joined the company there was a focus on innovation, team work, transparency and having fun while doing great work. Good ideas did come from everywhere and teams worked together toward a common goal, including leadership. The passion for creation great solutions inspired clients to partner with us and we won together.

Cons

As the company grew, and post-merger, the weak leadership allowed the team to run the company. As clients left and deals were lost, the ego of the owners pulled the leadership team further apart, lacking the ability to make hard decisions left inept leaders in their roles for much longer than they should have been (many are still there) and the company continued to do the same thing hoping for different results. Truly a shame with the company was made up of some of the most brilliant digital strategists I had worked with in my career. Gross mismanagement crumbled this company.

Pros

Getting paid on time was the only thing handled consistently and correctly.

Cons

- Management here was an absolute disaster with no real structure or control. - You would walk into meetings with zero clarity on what you were supposed to be doing or why it mattered at all. - When you asked for proper direction or support you got vague, useless responses followed by weeks of silence. - Nothing was ever followed through. - It felt like everyone was improvising constantly while leadership showed no interest in actually leading anything. - Every project turned into a frustrating guessing game where the goals were unclear and constantly shifting. - Most of the time was wasted just trying to decode basic expectations instead of doing the actual work. - It became exhausting, chaotic, and completely unsustainable, and eventually the only option left was to leave.
