Pros
Semi understanding boss. The small company feel is nice when you need time off.
Cons
The pay. The expectation is unrealistic. They execution is pathetic. They expect to be successful without giving their employees any room to actually grow and better themselves. Speedpro wants so bad to be a leader but it will never happen as long as the owners hire people that doesn't really care and aren't concerned with it's success.
