It is a good beginner job and requires little working experience. If this is the only offer, take it and build something on the resume. But keep looking for other opportunities until you find a real job.

- I'm glad that I've witnessed so many bad things at the early stage of my career, so that I appreciate any normal employer down the road. I was bullied so much that even my other colleagues cannot tolerate and start teaching me how to fight back. It's heart-broken to be treated badly if you work very hard and treat the business like your own. I went through many sleepless nights. - The marketing coordinator position is basically doing cold calls and being a receptionist. Any real marketing advice will be ignored. Everything you do will be micromanaged because the only does not know how to run a business. If anything goes wrong about the business, it will be your fault. - If you make too many appointments and the owner cannot close the deal, you got blamed. If you make too few appointments and the owner cannot make deals, you got blamed. - If your co-worker made a mistake, you got blamed. - I was told to do many things outside my work scope, such as cleaning toilets, while still got blamed because it wasn't clean enough. - I was trying to try my best to boost the sales, but will be constantly bullied by the owner and management from corporate, such as getting yelled in the face or on the phone constantly for 30 minutes every week. Any response you provided will be wrong and inappropriate. - I have to have my friends and family buy products in order to maintain the sales record. - Very low income and zero benefits.
