2yWe are sorry to hear that your employment experience did not align with our sales goals. We always strive to be very transparent with our sales expectations. This starts with a detailed job description, followed by multiple interviews and ending with a signed sales role expectations acknowledgement form from every new hire. In addition, our goal is to always provide the necessary tools and resources to all our sales employees to be successful in their role. This includes among other things: consistent and ongoing training, availability of our Business Development Representatives to help set appointments, our Executive team to help close deals, field sales software to help manage and enhance your sales prospecting efforts, and the opportunity to work with some of the best sales leaders in the industry. The sales reps who thrive here are those who enjoy working a full 8-hour day Monday through Friday prospecting, cold calling, and ultimately making sales. We realize that it can be challenging to commit to a full 8 hours every day. As such, we understand this job is not for everyone, and we respect that.
Furthermore, a remarkable and beautifully inspiring part of our company's history is our willingness to provide second chance opportunities to many deserving people.
