Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that selling to businesses can be challenging, particularly in a market where many customers, especially small to midsize businesses, are highly price conscious. Our approach, however, is to provide more than just competitive pricing. We focus on delivering strong value through dependable service, responsive support, and features and functionality that help businesses run more effectively. In many cases, we are able to help customers lower their overall costs while also improving their communications experience. This value-driven approach has helped us build lasting client relationships and support nearly 20 years of steady growth. We appreciate your perspective and are glad you recognized the potential in our client base during your time with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that not every experience will be a positive one, and we take feedback seriously even when we disagree with the characterization. That said, the claim that employees are “gotten rid of for any reason” or that there is “no career stability” does not reflect how SpectrumVoIP operates. SpectrumVoIP has a consistently low turnover rate within our sales organization, particularly when benchmarked against industry standards. We do not make termination decisions lightly or abruptly; they are the result of documented performance expectations, ongoing coaching, and clear communication over time. We are transparent from the outset about the realities of our sales roles by communicating sales expectations and activity levels through detailed job descriptions, multiple interviews, and written acknowledgments. Sales success in any organization requires sustained effort, resilience, and alignment with the role. Those who thrive here are individuals who are comfortable with a structured, performance-driven environment and who leverage the extensive tools, training, and leadership support we provide. We care deeply about our employees and we care about results. These are not mutually exclusive. Our commitment to compassion includes setting employees up for success, being honest about expectations, and ensuring the business remains healthy so careers can grow long-term. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you the best in your next chapter.
