Spectral Systems and optical components and coating manufacturing comoany has been running for 20+ years. Every year the company grows and so do the employees. Great family environment yet always thriving on customer satisfaction.

None is a great place to work with lots of advancements.

Parking lot is close to building, You don't have to walk far in bad weather.

This was the absolute best place to work when we were under the old management team who cared about everyone. THEN....the company was bought out by a private equity firm. The new CEO ran the company into the ground, The way they went about to fix things was to lay off a good majority of the manufacturing staff. There were workers who had over a decade of experience, and in a flash they were escorted out the door.... layed off without a chance to say goodbye to co-workers they worked with for YEARS. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is too much flux in motion for anything to be stable. They fired the CEO and are looking for another one. Who knows what that change will bring. Very, VERY sad what has become of this company.
