Pros
Many of the staff have a "what's next" attitude meaning that they thrive on trying new things. This attitude, which is heavily influenced by the surroundings of Alaska (get out there!), permeates the work we do for our clients. And because of the ESOP, we are always striving to grow by doing our best work.
The culture is fun, inclusive and adventurous. Many of us are far from our families and "home" but the agency team becomes a family and support network.
Strong leadership by women.
Managers who are interested in growing young talent
Best agency in Alaska, by far
Summer hours and Christmas holiday closure
Cons
Change isn't easy and sometimes it can get tiresome.
Distance from the lower 48 - sometimes. It's also an advantage!
