In the phone screen and sit down interview I was asked several times.."Do you get along very well with younger employees" The technical side of the interview went very well but I firmly believe they seemed to know their younger staff doesn't get along well with more experienced co workers (or potential co workers). I've worked with a lot of younger co workers (Interns etc) at various places and I may be just an exception but they sent up some red flags about working there if you are not still or recently out of college. Pleasant enough in conversation with the senior staff but I got some definite BAD vibes. After I replied (respectfully) to the late evening rejection letter I received they altered their job description. Maybe for the better.
