I honestly have never worked at a company like this before. The work culture is on another level - if you ever need anything, there is always someone there to help. Even though it's a digital by default company, there is constant chatter in the messaging system used, and it's so easy to feel like part of a community.

Genuinely none that I can think of.

Super supportive management and colleagues.

Finding your own hours and clients.
