I applied through an employee referral The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spark Lifecare (Ottawa, ON) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was really chill and laid back. Probably the most unique and interesting interview I’ve ever done. I felt like I was just meeting someone and able to tell them who I was without having to hide myself. I identify as non-binary and they were very accepting of that. They’re very inclusive and caring and I don’t ever want to work for anyone else if I’m being honest. They told me that everyone on the team has a chip on their shoulder and come with something that makes them different, they asked what my chip was.
