Cons
Make sure you know what you are getting into before accepting a job at SpaceX because it is not for everybody. You will be given more than you think you can handle. You will work long hours. You will need to take on responsibilities outside your job description. You will be required to prove yourself when on Critical Path. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team who is writing history. It's up to you to accept the challenge. I can guarantee that many other people would have given up if faced with the challenges that I have gone through while at SpaceX. Nothing is easy, nothing is laid out perfectly for you. I chose to press through the hard times because I love the feeling of seeing my hardware lift off the launch pad on its way towards outer space. It is a feeling that can not be adequately be put into words. Go SpaceX!
