      I gained great experience during my employment there.

      Cons

      I was notified that due to the most recent bank merger that my position was being eliminated only to find out later that they brought someone from the new bank into my position. My position was really not eliminated but I was.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
