Pros

Management is very kind and present themselves as caring to your specific situation. In busy times, they provide lunch and try to recognize the difficult work of being in the call center.

Cons

There a lot of empty promises and it seems management will tell you anything to keep you happy even if it is a lie. The culture is full of drama. They are always short staffed and consistently "asking" (demanding) overtime by skipping lunches and breaks. The job is hard because the customers are mean. Tough skin is required for this job. They say you are a "work family" but only as a manipulation tactic to keep you loyal and working hard for them.
