Pros

Vacation time and off on sundays

Cons

Management will not listen to your concerns, HR is no help either. the staff is rude to fellow colleagues as well as customers. No reprimand to the employees that are rude to customers or don't follow the rules. There is no room to move up in the company. They will pretend to cross train you and say they will give you a raise but never do. The computers always go out. There are glitches in the balancing system that cause you to be over or short when really you aren't. Sometimes it is investigated sometimes it isn't. you will get written up for the occurrence and it will count against you even though it isn't your fault. Very unwelcoming and stressful environment. When you put your two week notice in they will belittle you and target you until you want to quit.
