      - changed comms structure (now poor compared to the market) - no inspiring senior leadership - culture - constant talk of budget and cutting costs - poor/non existent benefits for staff - below market salaries - poor communication - not listening to feedback

      A great, family felt, culture. Leaders genuinely care about the employees An environment that breeds success A place where you can gain professional and personal development Excellent career opportunities as the business continues its growth An adult, non micro management style allows you to be creative in your work

      Pros

      - The company president in the US is the best and has a good structure in place - Mature working environment - Take care of their loyal staff and all staff for that matter - Incentive trips - Recruit in good markets that have a lot of growth

      Cons

      - No hands on manager when every other team has one - No diversity across the board - No 401K
