- Uses a revolving door type of model. New hires aren't expected to last long, and you'll outright be told that only 1/6 will still be there after the first six months.
- Management is very focused on their own goals, offering little to no support to their direct reports (1 on 1 meetings are more performative than actionable)
- Culture is concerning, but that's just London recruitment isn't it. A lot of questionable activity on nights out and pressure to go out even if it isn't your thing.
- Management will brush a lot of things under the rug if it's related to their 'top earners' - care more about profits than company culture (and long-term company well-being, really)
- Very much a 'throw them in the deep end' type of company model; little support given, and you're encouraged to 'learn as you go' as if this isn't incredibly ineffective
