The biggest positive was discovering the many great opportunities that exist outside of SGI. I left on good terms and have a lot of respect for the CEO personally, but I want to share my honest perspective here.

- Negative commission structure - Poor culture - Bad communication and bad decision making - No inspiring leaders - Limited growth

- The company president in the US is the best and has a good structure in place - Mature working environment - Take care of their loyal staff and all staff for that matter - Incentive trips - Recruit in good markets that have a lot of growth

Cons

- No hands on manager when every other team has one - No diversity across the board - No 401K
