Huge company with huge opportunities for the ones who want to work hard. The high quality of the products and the tradition of the brand can make the life of communication department a little bit easier. Honest people that recognises hard work from the employees. Employees treat each other as a family.
Cons
The biggest problem of Sony is that they need to rejuvenate the brand. The Japanese culture is so focus on hard work that sometimes people feel bad about having a life outside the company.
