Pros
The majority of staff are great to work with. There are lots of experienced staff that have just been made redundant that other companies can benefit from.
Cons
Management system is is poor, they have the wrong people in the wrong positions based on friendship rather than if they are any god at the job. Human Resources are incompetent and unprofessional at their jobs. Promotion is extremely limited and is through who you know rather than what you know.
