They will try to give you a impression that they are under standard chartered. Do not fall for that, standard chartered Bank has nothing to do with them. Honestly. There was not a single pro in the time I worked there.
Cons
Does not have a proper architect to have full vision of the product. Not many technically sound people. Whatever you try to put forward will be ignored giving reason that they have tight deadlines. Outrageous expectations from management, you will be made to work 12-14 hrs a day. Even on Saturdays. Beware of the HR. They will do anything to threaten you and they will never point a finger at what the company is doing wrong. Lot of internal politics. The manager being technically incompetent will point fingers at you for everything. Three months notice period was made to look like it was waived off because they threatened me to be terminated if I dont accept to be immediately relieved. No compensation given. Do not make a mistake by joining this company. Worst experience ever. Small and conjusted office. Bad cafeteria. The higher management is very demoralized and delirious.
