Pros

The coworkers I worked with were enjoyable and competent.

Cons

False promises of upward growth, constant changes both with management and systems. Management has almost no authority and getting approval on anything takes a long time. The company isn't hitting it's metrics and the blame is passed on to everyone aside from upper management. There is no consistent resource for training, and there is no help for a struggling employee. Often times we would have a morning meeting and find out by the end of the day "so and so" was let go. No warning or PIP, just a quick "your position is no longer necessary" message. By the time I left, most of the workforce had been let go including management. It had potential, but was poorly managed from the top down with no resources to aid the employees. I do not see this company lasting long term if major changes aren't made to management or their approach.

Big layoffs, company churning clients more than net new due to a highly saturated market and a negative reputation from previous years.
