Pros
International environment, english speaking colleagues
Cons
There is no proper onboarding or induction process. Employees are expected to perform at a very high level from day one, yet no clear processes, expectations, or structure are communicated. You are expected to “just know” how things should function, even though nothing is explained. The company has no HR department, which becomes very problematic in conflict situations or when support is needed. The CEO is extremely micromanaging, oversees every detail despite hiring department leaders, and creates a tense atmosphere. Communication is often rude, aggressive, and disrespectful, including yelling and offensive behavior toward employees. This leadership style creates fear rather than motivation. Additionally, some colleagues — particularly among the French management team — displayed arrogant and unprofessional behavior, despite their very young age. I have never experienced such a consistently rude working culture in my career. Another major issue was that the job reality differed significantly from the job description. What was promised during recruitment did not reflect the actual role once employed. Overall, the work environment is highly stressful, poorly structured, and lacks basic people management principles. The employee retention rate speaks for itself. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy, professional, or supportive workplace.
