There also appears to be a gap between the company’s stated “employee first” philosophy and the day-to-day employee experience. Many employees have expressed interest in more transparent and anonymous ways to share feedback, though it’s not always clear how that feedback is being captured or addressed. HR support, particularly from the Minneapolis team can feel stretched at times, with opportunities to improve responsiveness and communication, especially during periods of leadership change when employees are seeking more confidential feedback options.
