I was placed on an aggressive 2 week action plan due to under performing in a new role. During this time the director I reported to was not responding to private messages or accepting my calls to grant the appropriate permissions or answer questions to complete these tasks. This lack of communication resulted in my termination since the action plan couldn't be completed.
