Pros

* Salary above average (Seville)

Cons

* Toxic management, anytime you don't perform you will be threatened with probation or getting fired. * They micromanage you to the minute, anything you do will be questioned * If you achieve your sales quota, they will double it with no explanation * If you ask any questions that will bother the US managers, you will be called for a meeting in which they say shut up or get fired * No long term view, they only care about daily sales target, even if you cheat they don't care * No HR, every HR quit the company for how toxic it is, so you have no support and no company culture * They treat people as numbers, they hired hundreds and weeks later fired them all because some guy in US decided to not go forward with project * They discriminate against men, they only promote women and advertise it. Management is chosen based on how good it will look for publicity (female leaders, minority leaders), not for their actual competence.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
