Pros
The staff working the phones/cases are great. The pay is above average.
Cons
Support Management team is disconnected, they are nearly invisible during the day and don't realize how bad moral is among staff. Employee back-fill is slow and painful. The support team is constantly understaffed and overworked. Bottom line, sales is all that matters. Good customer support is a distant 2nd or 3rd.
