Pros
Company has a very good procedure for the interview process also include all interview's round. i.e. 1. HR Round 2. Technical Round 3. Machine Test with coding Efficiency and Standard 4. Final or Co-Founder Round. The way to talk to everyone, the way to ask questions and the way to explain it properly that is very good. I feel like a friend and was familiar very soon. The atmosphere of the company is very cool and admirable. All my seniors are very helpful and always ready for new challenging task and advised to learn new things.
Cons
The interview process is very good but a little slow. An interviewer wants his results to be known quickly. Company should also clear about the new technology that if a developer sees interest then he should be encouraged to help.
