      There is possibility to grow up the company if CEO take. Care of his companyThe company has potential and capable technical talent. However, the management culture significantly impacts employee stability and morale.

      Lack of transparency in critical employment decisions. In some cases, major decisions (such as contract renewals) appear to be communicated abruptly without prior performance discussions.
