Pros
-Standing desks -Downtown location -The work is easy and minimal -“Unlimited” vacation -Work from home opportunities -Fairly autonomous (no one is ever over your shoulder) -Adjustable hours -Free food
Cons
-Disorganized management -Lack of community within the team -No room for promotion or meaningful growth -Leadership doesn’t take feedback -Lots of ego that prevents genuine growth and caused miscommunication when given feedback they didn’t like/agree with -Salary is low, raises were minimal -Work is repetitive -Lack of transparency from leadership -Leadership handles conflict unprofessionally or not at all -Top floor office with no elevator (injured or disabled just can’t come in) -Disrespect goes unchecked, then blamed on the receiving end for not practicing "radical candor" -Easy to grow complacent working here -Lack of diversity or understanding of diversity -CEO and HR are married—creates an odd dynamic when regarding issues in the work place with one or the other
