Pros
Plenty of great people working at this specific location, they really do make the place a great environment to work in. Enjoyed a great relationship with Management. Was able to pick up a lot of knowledge and skills working both in an office environment and on the operations floor.
Cons
Many standards and procedures aren't the most efficient and there should be more input should be considered from the front line employees to ensure Sobeys continually improves the performance of their operations and morale of their employees.
