‘The paid time off is only during the public holiday and there are no paid vacations. At least that's what I think holds true in case of new employees. ’
‘Life insurance is included and inexpensive as the group is large. ’
Great benefits, standard for big company
offered to part-time workers, just needs to pay more
RRSP matching is average. Good part is the contribution is not locked in.
Benefits package is flexible. If you have secondary coverage with a spouse you can use the lowest tier and have $ left over to spend on extras. There are 3 tiers so something to fit everyone.
The benefits offered are expansive.
No Benefit package at Sobeys
They have a health insurance plan that is too expensive for the hours they give you.
There are no employee benefits as such except appreciation gift cards and discounts
It’s very competitive for the industry
There are little or close to no perks and benefits available. I think the only best part is there is job security because you are under a union.
