You basically have to figure things out on your own which is good if time and money is not involved. - There is no staying factor. You do good? Axed. You perform badly? Axed. You've contributed for years? Axed. - SMT pulled a 1984. Putting on a facade and erasing traces even though people can clearly see that the work force is shrinking. - Not much career growth. Reminds me of my great grandma when she told me to look at the trees. Seedlings die, trees wither, leaves fall, flowers die. But instead of disease and nature it's SMT doing it.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. After signing the offer letter and resigning from the previous job, the company suddenly revoked the offer due to “operational reasons”, despite the agreement being confirmed months earlier. This shows a serious lack of responsibility and consideration for the commitments candidates have in their lives. They clearly didn’t think about how this affects people’s commitments, livelihood, and stability. The way they handled the situation felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. It’s frustrating and unfair to be left jobless because of a decision that could have been communicated much earlier. To anyone considering opportunities here, please be cautious. Even before joining, the experience has already been problematic and stressful.
