Leadership training workshops are now being offered to all. The future looks bright–there is a clear strategy, operating model, governance meetings and key metrics to inform us and keep us on track. Monthly All Hands meetings provide transparency and a forum for open communication. All staff are kept apprised of company plans and the results are shared so there is greater ownership and accountability.
