Pros

Full remote. Good compensation and benefits for the workload.

Cons

Direction and educational support are non-existent. Majority of the management that knew how to navigate our highly specialized CRM, and the ERP it syncs with, quit or were laid off ~2 years ago. Many of the issues we are asked to help with, either upper management won't give us the necessary access, or we can't just "figure it out" by taking SalesForce courses, because our version is so specialized. Replacement management and remaining employees were left with almost no documentation/instructions on necessary processes and metrics. Current CRM was primarily configured by an outsourced IT team. We changed vendors at the end of 2024, so the new external IT team doesn't understand existing processes.

Working with interesting products, people are nice and good to work with.

Cons

A bit disorganized. Was essentially poached from another company and then laid off after 4 months along with many others who had been there for decades.
