If you work hard and deliver, growth happens fast, promotions are truly performance-based. Smartly is an amazing product to sell: innovative, proven, and genuinely adds value to clients. When you walk in a room to sell Smartly you know you have the best product available, it feels good really. Culture of ownership: you’re trusted to run your deals and make an impact. There is clear direction and strong leadership, especially around product innovation and automation.
Cons
The interview process is tough (but fair). Smartly hires only top talent. It is a fast-paced environment, which I understand it is not for everyone... you need to be self-driven and be apt to changes.
