awesome individuals free candy free coffee free promo items flexible schedule dog friendly office amazing squad leads that protect their team

Cons

training is nonexistent becoming more corporate, and their policy are starting to feel very strict there's an atmosphere of "always being afraid of getting in trouble" amongst the squad amongst from upper management lack of communication between departments, and even between levels of managements expectations are also very very demanding. expect to work weekend to meet them growing to sell

-Co CEOs are awesome to work with: very personable, honest, and friendly -Competitive Pay -Flexible work hours, great work/life balance -Tons of company events where everyone enjoys getting involved -Fun work environment -Free product and apparel

Cons

-Team all over North America: different work hours -No 401k Matching -No structured promotion plan/career path -3 Weeks of Paid Vacation less than peers in industry

free candy - very cool brand that is doing some cutting edge marketing

Cons

almost 100% remote - some people love being remote but I like being in an office a few days per week
