Subpar salaries, nickel and dime mentality from above which affects both customers and employees. Preferential treatment to favorites, lots of infighting. Company culture is very negative, everyone knows management can care less about them and there performance, it's about the numbers and how they can squeeze another buck out of there employees, customers and equipment.
