Great place to work - Anonymous employee Smart Employee Review

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. Great to hear so many positive things about Smart and the people that work here. We do have some growing pains (that will always happen within scale-up businesses) but we are working hard to keep these to a minimum and one of those is to align our benefits more closely over the next 12 months. It's not always possible to have like-for-like benefits in each country, but we will try and get as close to this as possible. Thanks again for the review. Martin
