Pros

The people, the hrs, the support, the role. I must say the way this place is run is amazing. I really enjoy my job and honestly can say the day flys by. This company does not believe is rushing through work to hit SLA targets and are more interested in the service provided to the customer and getting the job done to the best of your ability. No other job I have been in, throws SLA for call times out the window and focus on what the call was about, how the call was handled and how the customer felt once the call was over. the support even though we are working from home is second to none and I can honestly only have good things to say about my employer

Cons

We, unfortunately, cannot help everyone as quickly as we would like due to the covid situation but in response to that, the business has taken this point on board and is growing to accommodate and help as many customers as we can in as quick a time as we can.

Pros

Made lasting relationships and the coffee machine was wonderful. Enjoyed the remote/hybrid culture.

Cons

Company was late to market. The CEO was puppet for the consulting firm that was assisting us.
