Not what I thought - Customer Service Skytap Employee Review

My first day was a joke. It only got worse from there. Very strange culture. Cliquish. No one cared that I was a new hire. My team could care less to train me. My manager felt uneasy to even talk to me or be in the same room. Most absurd job I have ever had in IT. It could've just been me, I don't know. Small company attitude, likely takeover target.
