Harsh Work Environment - Scheduling Coordinator Skyetec Employee Review

VERY harsh work environment, heavy workloads with little pay and poor management. You will work 40-50 hours a week with no thank you's but you will receive "Why the overtime, it's not needed", well if the management teamed actually listened to the people doing the job they would understand. The company does not seen to care about it's employees. The operations management team as a whole are very unorganized. There is a lot of favoritism on the floor and if you are not a favorite then you better watch your every move. However, the other coworkers are nice, well most of them, the inspectors are nice as well.
